Short description: Agricultural transport wagon
The present invention relates to an agricultural transport wagon, in particular in the form of a loading wagon, with a loading space, which comprises a loading opening which can be closed by a movably mounted loading space wall.
Agricultural transport wagons, such as for instance loading wagons, which can independently pick up harvested goods from a soil by means of a pick-up device, or transhipment wagons, wherein loading is supplied from above by means of separate loading conveyors, regularly have a loading space which can be loaded on one side for loading. are opened. To this end, a load space wall is mounted which is movable laterally to the side of the load space in order to be able to be moved away from the loading opening or to abut against the adjacent load space wall in a closed position. With loading wagons it is usually the rear wall of the loading space that can be opened for unloading, in particular by pivoting the rear wall upwards over a horizontal transverse axis, which is usually provided at an upper end of the rear wall, so that the rear wall can be hinged and pivoted upwards at its upper end, to release the loading opening.
For unloading, dosing members are often used, for example in the form of rotatably drivable dosing rollers, with the aid of which the harvested goods can be dosed in the form of a harvested goods plate, for example.
When the load space wall which normally closes the loading opening is swung upwards, this sometimes leads to a non-dosed, irregular discharge. In particular, with a high loading of the loading space, harvested or loaded goods can fall out of the loading opening over the dosing members if the loading space wall is swung open to such an extent that a cross section of the loading opening is also released above the dosing members. On the other hand, with a fine dosage, when only a small volume of crop material plate has to be delivered, spreading can be too strong and unrestrained if the cargo space wall is swung open too far upwards and the sprinkled material cannot brake.
The publication D1 10 2008 050 562 A1 shows a loading wagon with a rear-hinged rear wall as well as dosing rollers at the loading aperture, the rear wall here consisting of two mutually collapsible parts, which are jointly hinged to an upper end of the rear wall, such that, optionally, the rear wall can be swung open in a manner known per se, or the normally closed second rear wall part can be swung open upwards, so that the harvested goods in the form of a transport floor are provided to the rear wall parts in another form to be able to overload the transport wagon. However, the problems described above with regard to dosing crop plate are not solved by this.
The present invention has for its object to provide an improved agricultural transport vehicle of the type mentioned in the introduction, which avoids the disadvantages of the prior art and advantageously carries out the latter. In particular, an improved loading space wall must be provided for the loading opening, which can support the finely dosed unloading as well as the rapid unloading of load.
According to the invention, the said object is achieved by an agricultural transport vehicle according to claim 1. Advantageous embodiments according to the invention are the subject of the dependent claims.
It has also been proposed to design the load compartment wall associated with the load opening in a divided or multi-part manner and to arrange such that different large and differently oriented areas of the load space opening can be opened, in particular only an lower part with an upper part of the loading opening or selectively the total loading opening remains closed. According to the invention, the loading space wall comprises at least two separate wall parts, a first wall part of which is mounted separately upwards and a second wall part selectively together with the first wall part and independently of the first wall part moving upwards, the loading opening being in a partially closed position. When the first wall part is moved upwards, the second wall part can be selectively moved along to release a larger surface of the loading opening, or be kept in the closed position to release only a small surface of the loading opening. By selectively different movement modes, wherein both wall parts are moved upwards once or one of the wall parts is moved upwards, while the other remains in the closed position, different sizes of cross sections of the loading opening can be opened or released, depending on the desired release process, in particular fine-dosed release or quick release, to be able to release a small or large cross-section of the loading opening.
The different opening movements of the loading space wall and the wall parts can in principle be effected in different ways. In principle, each of the wall parts can be journalled separately from other wall parts and comprise its own adjusting drive for opening the relevant wall part, such that by operating an adjusting drive only the first wall part is opened and by operating both adjusting drives only both wall parts together can be opened, whereby a common, coordinated opening movement of the wall parts can be obtained by synchronizing or by coordinating control of the driving speeds of the adjusting drives.
Alternatively, in a further advantageous embodiment according to the invention, however, only an adjusting drive can be provided, to which at least one of the wall parts - in particular the above-mentioned second wall part - can be selectively coupled or uncoupled, such that the adjusting drive when coupled. second wall part only opens the first wall part and, with a second wall part connected, opens both wall parts and in the case in question also closes again and again. By such a possibility of coupling a second wall part to the adjusting drive of the first wall part, a lightweight, compact device can be obtained and a further adjusting drive can be saved by the additional movement possibilities.
The possibility of coupling the second wall part to the opening or adjusting movement of the first wall part can in principle be effected in various ways, a rotational movement of the first wall part can for instance be effected by a blockable and detachable telescopic rod on the second wall part or its transfer coupling or not be transferred for a while. Alternatively, a direct coupling of the actuator can also be provided or a second pressure cylinder for the second wall part can be provided, which according to a master-slave control and with an interconnection of a switchable pressure valve by operating a pressure cylinder for the first wall part can be operated or cannot be operated for a while.
In an advantageous further embodiment according to the invention, the coupling of the second wall part to the movement of the first wall part can also be realized by a detachable connection of the second wall part to the first wall part, wherein here as connecting means in particular there can be a detachable coupling provided with which the second wall part can be coupled to the first wall part and can also be disconnected. Advantageously, the said coupling can in this case be hinged or in the form of a rotary shaft which can be detachably caught or released in a hinge bearing or a bearing bowl. When the coupling is released, the second wall part can only be moved upwards, while the second wall part is only taken along when the coupling is closed.
In an advantageous further embodiment according to the invention, the first wall part can be pivotally supported by means of a pivoting suspension or hinge bearing about a pivot axis in order to be able to pivot the first wall part upwards. The axis of rotation relative to the joint between the two wall parts, which lies in the closed position between the two wall parts or can be arranged remotely relative to the above-mentioned coupling, such that the first wall part when it is raised pivoting relative to the second wall part at least in a first phase of the swiveling movement and / or movable away over the second wall part, such that both wall parts at least partially overlap each other when only the first wall part is turned upwards and with the loading opening viewed in a viewing direction substantially perpendicular to the cross section of the loading opening.
In particular, a horizontal axis of rotation can be provided which is arranged at a height in an upper end region of the first wall part and can be moved a lot farther from the cross-section of the loading opening towards the loading space or in the loading space, such that the above-mentioned first wall part, just like a flap mounted on an upper end, is rotatable upwards, but thereby having a hinge component due to the horizontal offset or the distance of the axis of rotation away from the surface or the surfaces of the wall parts, first wall part can be slid at least one piece further over the second wall part.
The adjusting drive for the said first wall part can in principle be of different design, whereby in principle also a manually operated adjusting drive or in the form of a crank or a chain coupled to a rotary lever is eligible. Advantageously, in any case, an adjustment actuator which can be operated with external energy or a rotary motor belonging to the axis of rotation or in the form of a printing cylinder is provided, which can be rotated on one side at the loading space or a window part and at another side can be rotatably coupled to the first wall part or a rotary suspension part connected thereto.
The second wall part can in principle be mounted in different ways, wherein the second wall part can advantageously also be pivotally mounted, in particular about a horizontal axis of rotation, which extends substantially parallel to a plane defined by the second wall part and / or is arranged at least approximately parallel to the axis of rotation of the first wall part.
In particular, the axis of rotation of the second wall part can be positioned at a height in an upper end region of the second wall part and can be positioned a lot further towards the second wall part towards the loading space or at a distance in the loading space or opposite the cross section of the loading opening are at a distance such that the second wall part performs a lifting / turning movement upon opening, wherein the upper end of the second wall part is moved around an arc of rotation about said axis of rotation.
The second wall part can be attached to the said axis of rotation by means of at least one hinge, in particular also a pair of hinges arranged on the right and left, said guide hinge being pivotally mounted on the axis of rotation and on on another side, the second wall part can also be hinged to the guide hinge. As a result, alignment-hinge movements between the guide hinge and the second wall part can be carried out when the second wall part is coupled to the first wall part and is moved together with it upwards.
The present invention will be explained in more detail below with reference to preferred exemplary embodiments and associated drawings. Show in the drawings:
FIG. 1: a schematic perspective view at an angle of an agricultural transport truck in the form of a loading truck according to an advantageous embodiment according to the invention, wherein the rear wall of the loading space closing the loading opening on the corner side is shown in the closed position;
FIG. 2: a perspective view at an angle of the loading wagon of FIG. 1, wherein the loading opening on the corner side is turned upwards and a second wall part is held in the closed position, and
FIG. 3: a perspective view at an angle of the loading wagon from the previous figures, wherein both wall parts are turned upwards and the loading opening is fully opened.
The loading wagon 1 shown in the figures by means of a cut-out can, as is known per se, comprise a vehicle not shown, which carries a machine frame and can be coupled to a tractor by means of a drawbar. Said carriage or machine frame carries a loading space 2 which is bounded by a bottom 3 and laterally extending loading space walls 4, 5 and 6 thereof. For loading said loading space 2, the loading wagon may comprise a pick-up device which is also not shown, for example a pick-up with a stabbing roller and / or a transport roller to be able to pick up harvested goods from the ground.
For unloading the loading space 2, it comprises a loading opening 7, which can be arranged on the corner side, wherein in this case the loading space wall 4 which forms the rear wall can close the loading opening 7.
As shown in FIG. 1, the cargo space wall 4 which closes the loading opening 7 can have a configuration that is bent at an obtuse angle as a whole, wherein a lower first wall part 4a with its inner side facing the loading space 2 has an outwardly projecting, inclined part of the loading opening 7 can close, while an upper, second wall part 4b can close off an overhanging part area of the loading opening 7 which is tapered inwards towards the loading space 2. The adjacent lateral cargo space walls 5 and 6 accordingly define a corresponding loading opening 7 angled at an angle at their corner ends, the angular end region of the lateral cargo space walls 5 and 6 correspondingly obliquely, roughly seen, under a blunt angle can have angles facing each other, to which the cargo space wall 4 is flush with the corner side, when the cargo space wall 4 is closed, cf. 1.
The two wall parts 4a and 4b, which are designed separately from one another, can abut each other in the region of the said bend of the loading opening, compare FIG. 1.
The first wall part 4a is rotatably mounted about an axis of rotation 10, which is arranged in the transition region between the two wall parts 4a and 4b or in the region of the upper end regions of the wall parts 4a, viewed in the closed position, and a part further to is positioned remotely away from the loading opening. The said pivot axis 10 can in particular extend transversely to the direction of travel.
The wall part 4a is thereby coupled to the said pivot axis 10 by a rotation suspension hinge, the connection of the wall part 4a to the said pivot rod 11 itself being also hinged, in particular pivotable about an axis parallel to said pivot axis 10. in the area of the top side of the wall part 4a, such that the wall part 4a opposite the rotary suspension rod 11 can buckle away.
The rotational movement of the first wall part 4a with respect to the rotary suspension rod 11 is thereby controlled by a longitudinally adjustable transverse hinge 14, which can be adjustable in length and / or can be slidably limited in length or coupled into a long hole. As shown in FIG. 1, said transverse hinge 14 is coupled on one side to the rotary suspension rod 11 and on another side to the wall part 4a.
As a result of the said double freedom of movement of the wall parts 4a being set by means of the hinge at the opposite ends of the rotary suspension rods 11, the first wall part 4a can turn away at least with its lower end of the body of the loading space 2 and subsequently - as soon as the transverse hinge 14 blocked over the axis of rotation 10, as shown in FIG. 2 is shown.
As a hinge drive or adjusting drive 8, a printing cylinder 15 can be provided which is spaced apart from the loading space body by the axis of rotation 10 or can be coupled to a frame part of the loading wagon and on another side to the wall part 4a or a suspension part. in particular, said cross hinge 14 may be hingedly connected.
The upper wall part 4b is also rotatably coupled to the load space body, namely about a horizontal axis of rotation 12, which can be arranged a lot further forward at the upper edge region of the load space 2 relative to the wall part 4b. In particular, the said pivot axis 12 can extend transversely to the direction of travel and be forwardly about the same distance as the pivot axis 10 of the first wall part 4a relative to a rear edge of the lateral cargo space walls 5 and 6. prepared.
The second wall part 4b can be coupled to the said pivot axis 12 by means of a rotary suspension rod 13, wherein the second wall part 4b can advantageously buckle or be rotatably mounted relative to the said rotary rod 13, in particular about a buckling or pivot axis parallel to said pivot axis 12. In particular, the wall part 4b can buckle opposite the pivot suspension rod 13 over an axis which extends substantially in the area of the upper side of the second wall part 4b.
The second wall part 4b does not itself have its own adjusting drive, but can be coupled to the first wall part 4a and / or its rotary suspension - for example to the rotary suspension rod 11 - such that the two wall parts 4a and 4b can be raised together by the adjusting drive 8 rotated, compare FIG. 3.
Detachable, hinged connecting means are provided between the second wall part 4b and the first wall part 4a, in particular in the form of a coupling 9, which in a closed position have a hinge and / or pivot axis 16 which extend parallel to the rotation. axes 10 and 12 and can lie at least approximately between the two adjacent lower and upper sides of the two wall parts 4a and 4b. The coupling 9 may, for example, comprise a rotary shaft which can be detachably caught in a hinge bearing bowl.
When the second wall part 4b is coupled to the first wall part 4a by means of said coupling 9, said second wall part 4b is pivotally mounted by means of a 4-rod set formed by the two rotary suspension rods 11 and 13 such that it second wall part 4b together with the first wall part 4a can be turned upwards.
By releasing and closing said coupling 9, there is optionally provided the option of pivoting only the lower first wall part 4a upwards, as shown in FIG. 2 is shown, in particular for laying down a finely dosed carpet of food, or for turning both wall parts 4a and 4b upwards, as shown in FIG. 3 is shown, in particular to provide a large cross-section of the loading opening during rapid release.
The suspension of the wall parts 4a and 4b is advantageously designed in such a way that in the jointly open position, such as this, for example, in FIG. 3, the two wall parts 4a and 4b extend obliquely from front-top to rear-bottom and thereby form a sloping ramp or a sloping ramp for the sprinkled crop, compare FIG. 3.
As shown in Figures 1 and 2, at least one, preferably several, dosing members 17 can be provided in the area of the loading opening 7, or in the form of rotatably drivable dosing rollers, which can be aligned horizontally.
In a manner known per se, the bottom 3 of the loading space 2 can be designed as a bottom chain or be provided with other transport means.
